The Mission of the PSA is to provide an outlet for civilian competition to recognize achievement with titles and prizes, and promote competition with club trials and championship tournaments. PSA will endeavor to set a new standard for training excellence in the protection sports, and shall encourage cross-over from other protection sports, to provide a competitive venue that will test the best against the best, and encourage excellence, sportsmanship, and integrity throughout the dog training community. PSA is a sport different from any other. It challenges handlers, decoys, and dogs in scenario-based situations including obedience, controlled protection, heavy decoy agitation and environmental pressures. This is not a routine sport and is virtually impossible to pattern train. This sport pushes dogs and requires clear focus and strong nerves.
Triton PSA Club is now accepting member applications. Our next training day is Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 5:00 pm at 235 county road 268 Bertram, TX 78605.
Our club meets twice a week; Wednesday evenings, and Saturday mornings. Updates for each training day will be provided via Facebook and mass email/texts. Club will start with obedience and finish with protection work. Contact Roxanne at firstname.lastname@example.org or 512-767-4838 with any questions, or for member applications.
